Vercel MCP now supports purchases

Vercel MCP now supports **four purchase types**: Pro upgrades, prepaid v0 or AI Gateway credits, the SIEM add-on, and domain registration. It quotes available pricing, distinguishes one-time from recurring charges, and requires **explicit confirmation**.

Treat purchasing as a privileged MCP action: let the assistant gather options and explain the charge, but preserve the confirmation boundary. Restrict the connection to roles and environments where procurement through an agent is intended.

A purchase requires **billing access** and a valid payment method. Some products also require an existing paid or Enterprise plan, and when Vercel cannot provide an exact quote the assistant only links to the relevant billing page.
